Job Description
- Identify the adapted international search solutions according to the client’s objectives and global trends of different engines and markets,
- Take an active part in the framing phase of the projects, set-up the project dedicated team and steer the project (different milestones, performance follow-up, quality of the deliverables, meeting the deadlines),
- Implement the strategy defined at master level (English / French), create and fine-tune text content, meta-tags, write and integrate ads, etc.,
- Define the technical SEO recommendations and help implementing them: crawl, redirection plan, URL rewriting, mobile performance, etc.,
- Coordinate international deployment: phasing, briefing the local and multilingual teams,
- Maintain a good relationship with and retain the customer, accompany them towards new services,
- Report on the results of campaigns and SEO enhancements using specific tools : Google Analytics, Omniture, Linkdex, Oncrawl, Majestic, Botify, Adwords, Moz, Advanced Webranking, Screaming Frog, etc.,
- Potentially manage junior team members or interns working on the projects,
- Contribute to the development of business: enhance and carry out the strategy for the development of the department, help building commercial offers with our sales teams, implement this strategy with the help of the team and the other department.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of Information Technology, Computer Science, Marketing, Business Administration or any other related field,
- Proven experience as SEO Manager or similar role,
- Familiarity with relevant tools (Google Analytics, Omniture, Linkdex, Oncrawl, Majestic, Botify, Adwords, Moz, Advanced Webranking, Screaming Frog),
- Demonstrated experience with semantic SEO (keyword research, conducting semantic analyses, data collection),
- Experience with SEO reporting,
- Knowledge of HTML and CSS,
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite,
- Excellent oral and written communication skills,
- Strong analytical and researching skills,
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
