Job Description
- Dispatch tasks to the team members
- Coordination as needed with clerical and invoicing tasks
- Assist with developing and maintaining team technical documentation
- Assist the Project Manager with breaking projects into doable actions and set timeframes
- Assign tasks to internal and external resource teams and assist with schedule management
- Help create and maintain project status reports
- Help ensure standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance,
- Help ensure that all project requirements are complete and received before starting projects,
- Other job functions as future needs require.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of Information Technology or other related courses
- Preferably with experience in content management systems and/or e-commerce websites
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent coordination skills and constant follow ups
- High level attention to details
- Commitment to delivering high quality output
- Ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules and step-by-step action plans
- Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time management
- Strong teamwork communication & organization skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft, Google, and Adobe suites
- Must be able to thrive in a multicultural environment and team.
