Job Description
Global Invoices
- Issuance of Global Invoices for Datawords – Asia
- Checking the PO status of the Freelancer
- Updating Team drive as required
- Coordination with the Freelancer for PO’s Issues and concerns.
- Coordination with the Accounting Team – Head Office
- Issuance of invoices in Everwin
Accounting – Local
- Prepares Petty Cash replenishment of Manila and Cebu.
- Collating receipts for weekly reimbursement and updating reimbursement tracker.
- Releasing payment reimbursement of employees
- Printing of Check voucher.
- Scanning of documents (Check voucher, Receipts & other document).
- Coordinates with the supplier collections
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduates of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy.
- At least 2 years working experience in related field
- Knowledge in General Accounting.
- Keen to details
- Analytical and good in oral and written communication
- Must be good in MS Office applications.
- Must work under minimal supervision
- Open to work in a multicultural environment
