Job Description
Job Summary:
Datawords Philippines is hiring a Sales administrator to support the sales activity of Datawords group. The sales Administrator will be in charge of processing quotes, invoices, and provide reporting based on profitability and turnover.
The sales administrator will be trained to use the company ERP, and will also be involved on pre-sales activity (management of prospect database, preparation of fairs and events).
Responsibilities:
- To provide support to broadband sales Team
- To ensure accuracy and quality transmittal of data and information to the sales representative
- To prepare quotes, invoices, project proposal in coordination with the sales representative
- To prepare Activity reporting, in coordination with accounting representatives
- To assist in the collection of data as part of competitive and customer watch.
- To provide application support regarding the ERP of Datawords (opening of projects to employees involved in projects sold by the sales representative).
Minimum Qualifications
- College graduate in Business Administration
- Has 6 months to 2 years of related experience
- Computer literate (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Excellent work ethics, and committed to quality.
- Have good written and oral communication skills.
