Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Advise business and senior management on applicable rules and regulations
- Implement testing and monitoring program to determine adequacy and effectiveness of compliance controls and develop periodic reporting on the test results
- Oversee and execute compliance initiatives
- Coordinate with multiple departments to fulfill information requests from regulators
- Drive key projects related to new licensing or compliance
Minimum Qualifications
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Law, Finance, or Banking Administration
- Have experience and knowledge in fulfilling the requirements for POJK/SEOJK P2P, reporting to the OJK, and understand the stipulations regarding APU-PPT and KYC
- Have strong understanding of regulations and business processes in a P2P company
- Have 4 - 5 years of experience working in a P2P lending company
- Have experience in supervising a team
- Have knowledge of OJK regulation and OJK system reports
- Good attention detail and strong analytical skills
- Strong interpersonal, communication and influencing skills
- Positive attitude, flexible, proactive, self-motivated and detailed oriented with strong sense of responsibility and able to work individually
