Job Description
- Acting as a leader for both operational and business units to support the company’s business on all compliance matters and ensure the company’s operational is in alignment with all requirements subjected under the Financial Services Authority Regulations
- Preparing and reporting all reporting obligations as required by Financial Services Authority (OJK)
- Create and modify procedures and documents related to policies
- Identify and analyze risks associated with policies
- Handling any insurance matters relating to the business of the organization as required
- Ensure compliance with regulations and procedures as required by the Financial Services Authority (OJK), by keeping up to date with all changes in the regulatory framework
Minimum Qualifications
- Have active membership of APARI with CIIB qualifications
- Have active certification of competence for level 7 (the highest level from LSPPI)
- Min 6+ years of experience in the Insurance Industry
- Degree qualification from all majors
- Having extensive knowledge on the compliance with the relevant laws, regulations from Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) and other government agencies
- Experienced in managing a team, experience in supervising more than 5 to 10 subordinates is a must
