Job Description
- Able to complete the project independently and report the results to the user.
- Actively seeking potential business partners.
- Able to conduct market research for projects.
- Able to pitch and present the business project to potential partners / other departments.
- Independently complete business negotiations with partners and be responsible for the results.
- Responsible for coordinating effective communication and cooperation with other departments.
- Maintain customer relations and find new business growth points.
- Strong KPI awareness, responsible for the final performance.
- Capable of independently planning and coordinating projects.
Minimum Qualifications
- Min. 1-year working experience in a Financial Technology, APERD, and Asset Management company is more preferable.
- Having a WAPERD / WPPE Full license for at least 2 years is more preferable.
- Fluent in English.
- Knowledgeable in the mutual fund market in Indonesia.
- Experience in docking with foreign teams is preferred.
- Strong ability in analytical, negotiation skills and able to work under pressure.
- Understand the e-commerce / Fintech / payment market in Indonesia and have a basic understanding of the industry.
- Overseas study experience / graduation from a top university is preferred.
