GL & Revenue Accounting Analyst  

The position is responsible in monitoring Cash and Cash Equivalents as well as maintaining the reconciliation summary of other balance sheet accounts. Overseeing all the billing-related functions, proper recognition and recording of revenue-related transactions and collection of receivables. Responsibility further includes identification of related problems, making corrective actions, improvements and recommendations for its resolution and avoid recurrence. As well as for the recognition of and accounting for Fixed Assets

Duties and Responsibilites:

• Prepares monthly reconciliation of bank accounts (Peso and Dollar) as support to financial records. Monitors proper filing of cleared and cancelled checks.
• Ensures that all reconciling items are properly addressed in time.
• Ensures proper charging of accounts and cost centers and prepares adjusting entries pertaining to reclassification of accounts.
• Maintains and updates the Chart of Accounts and master file as the need arises.
• Provides schedules of balance sheet accounts monthly
• Provides accurate computation of billing and proper preparation of Invoice
• Timely submission of approved Invoices to customers
• Recording of Invoices in the Accounting
• Computation of accruals (revenue, market offtake, market fees, etc.) and preparation of Journal Vouchers in the system
• Monitoring of customers’ accounts and payment follow-up
• Attention to customers’ concerns related to billing
• Coordination with Commercial group to resolve customer issues or identify possible problems and make corrective action, improvements and recommendations
• Preparation of weekly report, analysis and other reports as required for management and customer use.
• Monitor system of controls and procedures of recording of assets including acquisition and disposition
• Prepares Fixed Assets Report and analyzes variances between actual and budget
• Leads Fixed Assets Count as per Company policies and procedures. Coordinates with Custodians any discrepancies and ensures proper and duly approved accounting disposition
• Provides appropriate schedules to auditors during interim and year-end audits.
• Performance of other tasks that maybe assigned by the immediate superior

• Candidate must possess at least a Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
• Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
• Full-Time position(s) available.
• Strong analytical and planning skills;

• Excellent problem-solving skills;
