Job Description
- Nurse Clincal Analyst collects and analyzes data for patterns, quality improvement and quality compliance.
- Facilitates Continuous Quality Improvement, monitors quality indicators, documents recommendations, action plans and follow-up activities. Assists teams in evaluating the effectiveness of action plans.
- Engages and assists physicians to improve safety and quality across the organization.
- Uses critical thinking and clinical knowledge to review data and individual cases before drawing final conclusions and making recommendations.
Minimum Qualifications
- Active or Inactive US License or NCLEX-RN Passer
- Conversant in the English Language
- At least 3 months of Nursing related experience
