Job Description

  • Coordinate, supervise and accountable for the daily/weekly/monthly activities of team members
  • Set priorities for the team to ensure task completion and performance goals are met, such as: Quality, Adherence, Service Level and AHT
  • Coordinate work activities with other supervisors, managers, departments, etc
  • Identify and resolve operational problems using defined processes, expertise and judgment
  • Provide coaching and feedback to team members, including formal corrective action
  • Conduct annual performance reviews for team members
  • Provide expertise and customer service support to members, customers, and/or providers
  • Manage and accountable for professional employees and/or supervisors
  • Monitor team and individual performance and implements various strategic and tactical decisions to ensure key performance indicators are met
  • Provide perfomance management including coaching to ensure engagement of clinicians

Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum experience of 4+ Years in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) or 3+ years in Healthcare BPO setting
  • 2+ years in payer either in Hospital or Pharmacy setting
  • 5+ years Manager experience or 10 years as ain payer either in Hospital or Pharmacy setting
  • Excellent communication skills are written and oral communication. Must be able to negotiate w/ payers, provider representatives and liaise w/ pharmacy branches on new updates for payer procedurals.
  • Excellent skills in MS Powerpoint and Excel.
  • Good analytical skills; GB certifications are good to have.
  • Experience in creating content, training materials or operational job aids
  • Experience in managing teams remotely
  • Must be able to adapt to a fast-changing environment and can work w/ minimal supervision especially during extreme pressure situations
