Digital and Print Specialist  

The Digital and Print Content Coordinator will work with our Marketing Team to support the implementation of the firm’s content marketing objectives, updating relevant content channels including websites, social media sites and print collateral. Supporting the Marketing Team and the wider stakeholder group as directed by the Marketing Manager is a key requirement of this role.

ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• As directed by the Marketing Manager, implement online marketing initiatives through posting of news, events, publications, and specific marketing campaigns.
• Publish supplied new content on the company’s website using WordPress CMS with accuracy, brand, and design integrity, appropriate linking and search engine optimisation.
• Update and maintain existing website content as required including reviewing and archiving posts/profiles as needed.
• Create and publish all posts across all social media platforms of the company.
• Adhere to the branding guidelines and policies for all of these platforms.
• Work towards growing audiences and engagement across all social media platforms.
• Liaise with key internal stakeholders to produce material for approval as posts on these platforms.
• Source and format photos/images for use on social media platforms.
• Produce and design internal communication for the company.
• Communicate and provide clear updates on status of activities to key stakeholders.
• Utilize layout and design skills in InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator (Adobe Creative Suite) to format and design newsletters, brochures, and other marketing collateral in accordance branding guidelines.
• Utilize Microsoft Word formatting skills to produce and update marketing documents including Lawyer profiles, tenders, and capability statements.
  • Design related info-graphics, charts, and tables.
• Assist with creating and formatting of PowerPoint presentations.

• At least 3 years of experience in a Communications / Marketing role.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Demonstrated skills in working with EDM tools (eg. Vision6), Outlook, Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress CMS, Webinar, Microsoft Office and knowledge of document management systems (eg iManage).
• Demonstrated ability to complete design projects.
• Dayshift role in BGC, The Fort, Taguig.
