Job Description
- Merencanakan dan memimpin tim lokal seperti picker dan helper
- Menentukan operasional di daerah
- Memastikan setiap transaksi dan produksi berjalan dengan lancar, bersih sesuai dengan prosedur
- Memenuhi anggaran dan tujuan penjualan
- Bernegosiasi dan memelihara hubungan antara perusahaan dan nelayan di daerah
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimal lulusan SMK/SMA, Jurusan perikanan lebih diutamakan
- Jujur, tekun, kreatif, memiliki ketertarikan di dunia bisnis, serta mampu bekerja di bawah tekanan
- Berdomisili di pesisir menjadi nilai tambah
- Memiliki kemampuan bersosialisasi yang baik terutama dengan nelayan
- Bersedia bekerja di lapangan
- Bersedia ditempatkan di seluruh Indonesia
