Job Description
- Collate various supplier quotations and costing for comparison and references.
- Process purchase orders, schedule deliveries, monitor the item status, and ensures complete transport of goods or services.
- Ensures accuracy and completeness of invoices or billings for timely payment.
- Interact and negotiate with the suppliers on a regular basis.
- Review inventories and order as required.
- Any other related tasks that may be assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in business;
- 2-3 years experience in purchasing is required;
- Highly skilled in dealing with supplier costing;
- Highly detailed oriented and organized in work;
- Ability to work under pressure and meet assigned deadlines;
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
