Job Description
- Assist with the processing of recruitment, hiring, and preparation of performance evaluations
- Conduct benefit enrolment of new employees and update benefit statement online on a monthly basis
- Maintain/Update employee 201 files and records of approved leaves
- Prepare monthly payroll information by providing attendance record
- Maintain and protect operations by keeping information confidential
- Manage project assistants’ assignments per project
- Secure information by completing database backups
- Ensure that everything is in place for the office to function smoothly
- Prepare correspondence, reports and presentations as need
- Provide HR support
- Manage the tasks assigned to administrative personnel
- May be assigned other related tasks as needed
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of BS Psychology, Human Resource or the equivalent;
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills; and
- Can work well as part of the team
- Willing to work both in ortigas and angono (split days)
