Job Description
- Monitor deadlines and workloads of the artists.
- Prepare daily reports.
- Maintain Cost Estimate (CE) Ledgers.
- Coordinate with:
- Clients
- Other internal departments
- Coordinate all printing requirements.
- Proofread FAd materials.
- Prepare all documents needed for DTI Permit and ASC Clearance processing.
- Perform other related tasks as needed and as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
- At least one year of experience in a related field.
- Strong analytical and planning skills.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Can work under pressure and with minimal supervision.
- Willing and able to work extended working hours.
