Job Description
- Take over-all charge of assigned project.
- Attend meetings related to handled projects.
- Report to the company developments, updates, and other issues and material data concerning the project.
- Coordinate internal resources, third parties/vendors, and other involved units for the flawless execution of projects.
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.
- Assist in the definition of project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
- Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques vs. project scope, schedule, and costs.
- Successfully manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Meet with the team on a weekly basis to delegate tasks and monitor the status of a specific project.
- Handle on-site event management.

- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Can handle his/her own event with minimal supervision.
