Job Description
- Responsible for bookkeeping
- Assist the head in reporting procedures;
- Compilation of accounting documents
- Manage petty cash transactions;
- In charge of all payment and reportorial requirements of Government Agencies, local and national such as BIR, SEC, SSS, PHIC, and HDMF;
- Take charge of all payables limited to rent, utilities, vehicle registration, amortization, and other non-operational expenses
- In charge of the office keys; and
- May be assigned other related tasks as needed.
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Can work under pressure and minimal supervision
- Willing to render long working hours
- Willing and able to learn new things
