Job Description
- Provide administrative assistance and office support to the Events department;
- In-charge of the pre and post event documentation;
- Prepares billing documents;
- Handle travel arrangements for the events department;
- Prepare the minutes of the events team meetings;
- Organising of data and gathering necessary information;
- Coordinate with other departments for event requirements; and
- Maintain current information in database for business contacts, suppliers, fabricators, and other work related information.
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Can work under pressure and minimal supervision
- Willing to render long working hours
- Willing and able to learn new things
