Job Description
- Overall in-charge of the effective supervision and administration of general services;
- In-charge of the budgeting, purchasing, and coordination with suppliers;
- Develop procedures for preparing specifications, proposal requests, and bid packages and oversee the receiving of bids and the development of recommendations on vendor selection together with the members of the Board;
- Develop and control expenditures for a purchasing budget and oversee the implementation of methods and procedures for obtaining quotes and prices for non-bid items;
- Evaluate the need for additional project-based manpower (production assistants);
- Production Assistant organisation, development and task delegation;
- Oversee the development, inspection, and enforcement of the standards by which materials are procured, stored, accounted for, and maintained; and
- Develop short and long term strategic goals pertaining
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Can work under pressure and minimal supervision
- Willing to render long working hours
- Willing and able to learn new things
