Job Description
- Assist the Admin head in:
- reporting procedures;
- CE preparation and other correspondence;
- coordination internally and with clients;
- implementation of admin and accounting procedures;
- In-charge of official bank transactions and running errands for admin concerns; and documentation.
- May be assigned other related tasks as needed.
Minimum Qualifications
- Must be a graduate of Business Administration, Marketing, Management or any other business course.
- Has excellent skills in:
- communication (verbal and written)
- knowledgeable in ms word, excel, powerpoint etc/computer literate
- interpersonal skills
- Can work under pressure and minimal supervision.
- Particular to details.
- Fast learner.
- Willing to work full time in Ortigas area.
