Job Description
- Familiarizing yourself with the company’s mission, vision, and goals.
- Attending briefing and working closely with assigned staff to know the products.
- Educating customers, retailers, and distributors about our products.
- Building rapport with customers and vendors.
- Monitoring customer feedback and escalating complaints to the marketing department through daily accomplishment reports.
- Representing the company at product launches and events
- Maintaining a positive image of the brand at all times.
Minimum Qualifications
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Language: English, Mandarin Chinese
- Can work on extended period if necessary;
- Has a pleasing personality, must be friendly and approachable;
- Can work on projects/events during weekends;
- Enthusiastic to be the face of our client's brand.
- Can be assigned at different venues (depending on the project requirements)
