Job Description
- Develop market by getting and leasing wall spacies in the buildings (other strategic locations.
- Acquire new customers and establish/maintain good rapport
- Present, Negotiate and close the contract with building/property managers.
- Prepare customized proposal appropriately.
- Monitor status of building accounts and coordinates with building managers for any concerns and resolve issues
- Build and maintains a relationship with the accounts
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree/Master in Business Administration/Marketing or equivalent.
- With a background at least in Sales and or business development
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent customer service skills
