Account Manager  

Core Function:

• Will be working under the supervision of the President.
• Will provide assistance on the account management of a portfolio of clients providing business practice and product use consultation & positioning an appropriate solution.
• Pro-actively look for valued Advertisers, maintain its relationship and grow its number.
• Achieve and exceed Sales Target.
• Payment & Collection

Knowledge and Skill requirements:

• Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to develop strong working relationships inside and outside the department and towards the clients.
• Take ownership for customer’s needs.
• Use the approved process and deliver excellent service.
• Ability to handle corporate presentations, documents, proposals, and managing the expectations of the customers with business development team to create solutions.
• Work with partners to bring up to full implementation mode after they have finalized contract.
• Work with partner and Sales & Marketing to optimize programs to drive mutual success.

Professional Expertise

• Able to build and maintain in-depth product/solutions knowledge of market trends in aligned technology
• Maintain and up to date knowledge of standards, development methodologies, trends and innovations in the industry, including knowledge of the competitor’s solutions and products and other solution within the media industry
• Able to present the benefits, key features and functions across all products and services to a customer audience
• Strong customer communications skills, written, oral and face-to-face, including presentation skills.

Personal/General

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Marketing and Advertising or any related business course.
• Possess a good working attitude and with a positive view in all aspect of life
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience working in a commercial customer facing capacity
• Able to multitask and priorities within a continuously changing environment
• Dynamic and self-motivated with high level of energy and enthusiasm
• Able to think strategically and challenge current thinking
• Enjoys the challenges encountered in offering complex technology in a competitive environment
• Self-confidence that translates well for customers, partners and colleagues
• A team player that can add value technically but also commercially
• Able to learn quickly and think fast
• Articulate in local language and English (verbal and written)
