Job Description
- Work with the Strategic Planner to plan and execute paid strategies across all media channels for the company and its clients
- Monitor media trends of all outlets
- Prepare and supervise the implementation of media plans and the campaign management with assigned accounts
- Oversee campaign budgets and negotiate costs for features
- Research and evaluate market data
- Identify target audiences and analyze their behavior, characteristics, and routines
- Choose the best media outlet combination for different campaigns
- Present campaign proposals to clients
- Assess the success of media advertising plans and campaigns
- Proofread all advertisements and marketing campaigns before release
Minimum Qualifications
- 1-2 years of media agency experience
- Experience in executing media strategies through the preparation of detailed media plans, pre and post-buy planning and reporting
- Strong numeracy and analytical skills; attention to detail
- Project management skills and strong negotiation skills; ability to manage multiple projects across critical yet often fluctuating deadlines
- Self-starter attitude, able to take on projects and own them to completion
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
