Job Description
- Plan, design and implement an overall risk management process for AGDI
- Establish and quantify the organization's "risk apetite", i.e., the level of risk they are prepared to accept
- Perform risk assessment, which involves analyzing risks as well as identifying, describing and estimating the risks affecting the business.
- Evaluate risk, which involves comparing estimated risks with criteria established by AGDI such as costs, legal requirements and environmental factors, and evaluating previous handling of risks.
- Lead the implementation of policies and procedures related to various compliance areas of oversight in alignment with government laws and regulations.
- Plan, develop, monitor, revise and implement AGDI's compliance initiatives in response to changes in law; consult with various representatives as necessary to ensure program effectiveness.
- Serve as Data Privacy Officer (DPO) of AGDI and implement the requirements of National Privacy Commission under Data Privacy Act of 2012.
Minimum Qualifications
- A graduate of risk management courses or related field e.g., Accounting, Economics, Management
- At least 8 years of progressive experience in risk management and compliance; at least 3 years in management role; at least 3 years experience in manufacturing company
- Experience in an ISO 31000 certified company is a significant advantage
- Preferably with risk management and compliance-related certification
- Excellent knowledge and application of risk management processes and framework
- Excellent familiarity with local laws and regulations governing manufacturing companies
