- Establish line method and production setup of the medical equipment.
- Responsible for making work instruction or procedure on the matters that require changes modification and improvement to a new model.
- Responsible for training colleague about new process and improvement.
- Take the lead role in the improvement of the production facility, programs, quality that will lead to cost reduction.
- Responsible for conducting Failure Analysis, Data Analysis, Risk Analysis of product or process.
Minimum Qualifications
- With experience in any of production engineering, manufacturing engineering, development design, or manufacturing leader at a Japanese firm.
- Willing to participate a training in Japan
- Willing to go in a business trip in China, Russia, etc.
- With ability to read and write mechanical drawing
- Has experience in using electronics and mechanical tools/equipments
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
