AreteX is looking for “out of the box thinker” Accountants for our Philippines team. AreteX is an Australian firm that uses Xero to offer bookkeeping, management reporting, payroll and other accounting function.
Key Responsibilities:
- Updating the client account everyday that includes:
- Reconciling the bank transactions.
- Reconciling credit card transactions.
- Creating and sending sales invoices to customers.
- Creating purchase invoices.
- Preparing batch payments to suppliers.
- Sending monthly statement to customers.
- Payroll.
- Submitting daily checklist everyday.
- Adhoc.
- Client Mangement:
- There are multiple accounts that will be assigned.
- Timely management of queries and request from client/management if needed.
- Ability to meet deadlines.
- Assist in the preparation of management reports.
- Attention to detail is critical for success.
Minimum Qualifications
- A graduate of BS Accountancy
- CPAs or Non CPA's
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Computer literate
- Proficiency in MS Applications
