Job Description
Essential Job Functions:
- Lead and convert business requirements into technical specifications to create the technical project plan;
- Guide and manage all phases of the project to ensure on-time completion;
- Interface between the business stakeholders, developers, or technical group;
- Lead the developers in the execution of test plans, system integration, and User Acceptance Testing;
- Responsible for implementing and ensuring continuity and improvement of existing applications;
- Reviews and analyzes existing applications programs and programs in development to ensure efficiency and effectiveness of those programs; reviews requests for program changes required to meet the needs of the company;
- Reviews performance of applications programs to ensure program efficiency, and creates system documentation, and ensures that output meets the needs of user departments;
- Prepares regular reports for management; system function, the status of program development, and division needs.
Minimum Qualifications
Professional Experience and Required Qualifications:
- Candidate must be a graduate of BS Information Technology or BS Computer Engineering in a reputable university/college;
- At least 5 years of experience in full ERP suite implementation and/or support;
- 3-5 years of experience handling a development/implementation/support team or supervisory position specializing in ERP suite;
- Must have an eye for details and good with system analysis, design, implementation and support;
- Proficient in SQL, crystal reporting; ERP experience is a must.
