Job Description
- Ensuring operational health of Office 365 environment;
- Administration, support and configuration of MS Office for the company;
- Troubleshoot various O365 issues;
- New user set up and orientation including installation, configuring work stations, software, telephone services, etc.;
- Resolve helpdesk tickets.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must be a graduate of Information Technology, Computer Science or any related fields;
- At least 4 years of professional IT experience; with at east 2-3 years of solid O365, MS Exchange and Sharepoint skills and experience;
- O365 certification is an advantage.
