Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Accomplishes regular inventory reports for local and foreign products
- Monitors inventory levels in both local and foreign products and ensure optimal supplies maintained at all times.
- Organizes and manages the stockroom, ensuring that all products (local and foreign) are issued on a "First in, First out" basis. Constantly monitors all the items which need to be disposed to ensure that the stockroom is up to par in terms of cleanliness and upkeep.
- Updates the Over-the-Counter standard items file for easier recognition of OTC items by the buyer.
- Assists in the development and implementation of better inventory policies and procedures to be applied in both local and foreign IPC.
Minimum Qualifications
- Preferably a graduate of Industrial Engineering or any business course in a reputable university
- With at least 2 years extensive working experience in inventory control, planning, analysis, purchasing, and systems procedures and development
- Possesses strong analytical/planning skills and keen foresight
- With above average oral and written communication skills
- High interpersonal and customer service skills
- Above average or advanced level skill in using excel
- Above average communication skills
