Job Description

Accountabilities:
- Work with carrier and third-party services
- Correspond with customers; report client requests
- Track shipments details, locations, ETAs
- Coordinate all shipments for all locations
- Assist logistics coordinator, warehouse specialists, and other team members when needed to meet schedule
Minimum Qualifications
Professional Experience and Required Qualifications:
- Candidate must be at least Bachelor’s/College degree in Supply Chain/Logistics/Transportation/Management or any related course.
- Experience of at least 2-4 years in warehouse operations is preferred.
- Can interact with all levels of the organization.
- Must be a critical thinker, proactive, and with good communication skills.
- Knowledge in MS Office applications is an advantage.
