Please do note that this position is a full-time contractor-based role where you will be a consultant of Arcstone based in Jakarta, Indonesia helping us to grow and expand our local presence.

What will be your role?

In order to provide the best possible solutions to our clients, Arcstone requires exceptional talent ever ready to assume key roles in meeting our client’s varied manufacturing needs. We are looking for talented problems solvers who can not only bring creative and practical solutions, but who are also always passionate to learn on the job.

As an Operations Executive in Indonesia, you will drive the management cadence, administration and execution of the Indonesia team’s goals, measurement of goal attainment, supporting various sales processes and proposing improvements to the business to increase its effectiveness in driving desired results.

We are looking for an individual with a high level of integrity, organizational and communication skills, attention to detail and ability to operate with significant autonomy and discretion. The ideal candidate is a pro-active leader who seeks to drive positive workplace culture and develop human capital.

Active collaboration with Arcstone Leadership, Business Development, Sales, Marketing, and HR will be crucial to the effective execution of the responsibilities. He/she will drive towards simple, scalable solutions to difficult problems, have excellent operations management skills, and be able to communicate, both written and verbally, in a clear and easy-to-understand way.

What will be your area of focus?

  • Provide administrative support for the Indonesia team and liaise with HQ (Singapore) on a day-to-day basis
  • Coordinate both internal and external meetings which may involve direct contact with key partners
  • Provide marketing support with creation of country-specific materials and other media property as needed
  • Provide support to sales team through project management tasks as needed
  • Manage the recruiting process, onboarding, talent planning and development in Indonesia office through liaising with HQ
  • Coordinate internal resources to ensure team is able to execute projects well
  • Lead the development and provision of routine and ad-hoc analytic reports to senior management regarding strategic initiatives, customer segment performance, performance against goals, etc.
  • Perform other ad hoc tasks as needed
  • Lead employee engagement activities

Minimum Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree
  • A demonstrated passion for manufacturing and production is preferred
  • At least 3 years of experience in business operations or administrative duties
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and influence projects in a team environment
  • Able to operate successfully in a lean, fast-paced organization, and to create a vision and organization that can scale quickly
  • Proven organizational and analytical skills, with a track record of managing multiple administrative projects under a time-sensitive environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a track record of presenting to senior management
  • Comfort with ambiguity, uncertainty, and a dynamic business landscape; flexible with no 9 to 5 mentality
  • High level of integrity and discretion; ability to manage sensitive information with professionalism
  • Self-motivated and driven to excel and deliver, able to handle stress with a positive attitude
  • Team player with a no ego and collaborative attitude
  • Strong fluency in English (spoken and written) and Bahasa Indonesia are required
