- Welcoming guests and clients by greeting them in person or on the telephone;
- Answering or directing inquiries;
- Maintaining client confidence by keeping client/attorney information confidential;
- Maintaining office supplies by checking stocks and placing and expediting orders;
- Transcribing court proceedings and other recorded meetings;
- Scheduling, coordinating and confirming court dates, appointments, and meetings; and
- Maintaining calendars and schedules for a number of attorneys.
Minimum Qualifications
Education:
- At least a Bachelor's Degree.
Required Skills:
- Attention to detail;
- Keen observation skills;
- Excellent time management skills;
- Strong organizational skills;
- Outstanding typing skills; and
- Impressive oral and written communication skills.
Other Requirements:
- Previous work experience is not required, but preferred;
- Interview;
- Resume;
- College Transcript of Records;
- Questionnaire;
- Must be willing to work in Quezon City and to do assignments in the nearby areas, as may be necessary; and
- Must be willing to be trained as legal secretary.
