Shared Services Workforce Analysts  

• Reporting Matrix / Organization Chart:
• Reporting to the HR Shared Services Team Manager (TBC)
• This role has no direct or indirect reports.
• Working Relationships and Contacts:
• Close working relationship with the SWP Team
• Maintain working relationships with other departments within the People function including Talent Acquisition and Learning and Development Team
• Provide information to, and coordinate with other business units through RP
• Liaise with and provide information to SWP/RP/HC as and when required

Purpose:

• To provide an analytical and reporting capability to the SWP team
• Use standard and non-standard reporting sets to inform the business
• Leverage Oracle data to assess organizational performance
• Publish routine dashboards informing business units monthly/quarterly

Key Accountabilities:

• Production of ad-hoc reports as and when requested by the SWP team and Director SWP
• Use the Oracle set of reporting dashboards and BI for workforce reporting
• Manipulate, present and interpret data, providing key and ad-hoc workforce metrics that allow the business to make more informed decisions
• Ensure accurate SWP reports are completed to deadline when generating monthly, quarterly and annual reports and distribute to SWP team members
• Interrogate Workforce Performance data, assessing trends and themes
• As and when new requirements are identified, work with the requestor to produce an appropriate dashboard/ regular report, agreeing information sources and the distribution list
• Support in the roll-out of new metrics and analytics including Oracle BI suite

Dimensions of the Job:

• Contributes as part of the SWP Team acting as support to the Senior Resource Planners and Senior Resource Manager.
• Does not have any direct or indirect reports but may work with peers in other Shared Services teams

• May have a College/Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Sciences or related Degree though this is not a pre-requisite for the role
• Qualification in Data/Analytics/Statistics an advantage
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, fully competent in the use of Excel to produce report extracts and manipulate Oracle source data

Knowledge and Experience:

• A good level of numeracy and analysis
• Attention to detail to ensure the reports have integrity and quality
• Ability to confidently manipulate large quantities of different Data
• Ability to manage and prioritize own workload
• Experience of working in a reporting role previously.
