Job Description
- Contact customers listed on the active pending queue
- Address inquiries made via inbound calls, email or chat
- Verify customer information
- Describe loan product details to customers
- Execute loan documents and explain the online e-signature process to customers
- Process loan funding
- Address questions about loan products and services, as well as customer’s account.
- Forward customer’s call to specific departments (i.e. Collections, Funding)
Minimum Qualifications
- No work experience required. But compensation would be commensurate to experience
- Good communication skills
- Willing to work in Graveyard shift and shifting schedule.
- Must be willing to learn
