IT Security Compliance Officer

Job Description

IT security compliance officer must bring an engineering approach to security compliance, governance and technical implementation as well as continuously develop and improve the security posture and reduce risk for the Financial Intelligence through scoping and shaping of the Information Security Program. This position will be responsible for the policy, practice, development and the operational security program with the goal of protecting Financial Intelligence’s information, data and assets.

Role

- Ensure the secure operations of the in-house computer systems, servers and network connections in accordance with the internal processes, procedures and compliance requirements

- Conduct regularly scheduled audits on internal systems and hosting third party audits to maintain compliance certifications

- Generate and maintain documentation of the Company’s compliance with international standards and Customer’s requirements

- Design security baselines for network devices, servers, databases and other endpoints within the organization as needed and monitor implementation of baselines on ongoing basis

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Information, Cybersecurity or related field

- 3 -5 years working experience in cloud management and AWS security framework

- With certifications such as CISSP, SSCP, GSEC or other information security related certification

- Working knowledge of Linux/Windows O/S, Active Directory, Group Policy, Cisco ACLs, SSL Certs, IDS/IPS, VPN, TCP/IP, DNS, Firewalls, identity, Syslog & AWS Security Framework.

- Ability to work under limited supervision and comfortable dealing with ambiguity and conflicting priorities
