Job Description
- Will do call-outs and assist in sales and lease appointments to new and existing clients.
- Help in the lead generation through PR and Marketing with company instructions.
- Answer inquiries from clients through email, calls, and personal meeting.
- Organize and file reports, client database, contracts, etc.
- Assist in the after-sales and maintain PR with existing clients.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field;
- Must be outspoken;
- Candidate must have good public relations and interpersonal skills;
- Must be willing to work on holidays and weekends, if needed;
- Must be flexible in assisting clients in different locations;
- Candidate should also adhere to internal rules and policies, especially the observance of company ethics;
- Should be a good team player;
- Computer literate and with good command of English both in oral and written is a plus;
- Real Estate knowledge is a plus;
