Job Description
- Prepares Check vouchers.
- Prepares BIR Form (2307).
- Prepares manual logbook.
- Checks documents for processing.
- Computes Value Added Tax (VAT), Expanded Withholding Tax (EWT) and other related taxes.
- Assists in the updating of the Manual Logbook.
- Checks and analyses monthly transactions and coordinates with the person concerned to ensure accuracy of documents for proper booking of accounts (Contractor per Ton, Equipment Services, Maritime /Barge Services, Inventory, Production Costing, Shipment Contributions, Bank Transactions, Bank Reconciliation, Depletion/Depreciation/ Amortization and others).
- Assists in the preparation of supporting schedules along with complete, valid and accurate supporting documents for corporate reporting requirements such as the filing of Monthly Withholding tax and VAT.
- Updates company books: General Journal Ledger, Cash Receipts Book, Cash Disbursement Book, Subsidiary Purchase Journal, Subsidiary Sales Journal and Inventory Book.
- Prepares schedules along with complete, valid and accurate supporting documents needed in quarterly or yearly audit.
- Complies with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.
- Complies with Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR), Localand national government policies and regulations.
- Accounts payable down payment invoice/ Accounts payable invoice.
- Purchases delivery Note.
- Credits memo/Journal Entry.
- Records outgoing payment.
Minimum Qualifications
- College Graduate (BS Accounting or any related course)
- With one (1) year and above work experienced.
- Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
- Can do multi-tasking job
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
