Job Description
- Gain as much knowledge as he/she can about the company systems, procedures and policies.
- Has to conduct Face-to-Face presentations to the customers on behalf of APPCO Group’s clients.
- Set his/her performance goals and monitor the progress of his/her performance with his/her personal mentor
- Encouraged to the 48-hr learning and development session in sales and marketing, leadership, and management.
- Recommended to go through the 3-Phase Career Development Program: Sales Acquisition, Team Leadership, and Owner Partnership.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, any field.
- Good communication skills in both oral and written.
- Must have strong work ethics and highly ambitious.
- Should have high presentation and demonstration skills.
- Should operate effectively under minimal supervision.
- Must be able to work in a team and also motivate others.
- Willing to travel both domestic and international.
- Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Alabang.
- No work experience required.
