Job Description
- Work as part of a small team unit to achieve stipulated sales goals with the guidance and coaching of a team leader.
- Ensure contact rate/fixed rate of leads are within stipulated targets set
- Engage donors with a friendly attitude for an opportunity to pitch the sale for acquisition, conversion, upgrade & reactivation products
- Work through initial hesitations and concerns of donors in order to be able to make sales
- Maximize opportunities to up sell or cross sell services to meet donor needs/capability
- Maintain accurate customer information, leads, and contacts in customer profiles (CRM)
- Identify and log positive and negative customer remarks to facilitate improvements in customer satisfaction.
- Raise accurate fulfillment/processing requests to the processing team (related to new sales and reactivation)
- Act on or assign the next steps for each customer according to call center guidelines
- Make suggestions on process improvements and participate in call center initiatives for increased effectiveness
- Ready to adapt and settle into the new role quickly
- Maintain a positive work environment that fosters collaboration among the team members
- To participate in any sales/marketing activates or duties as and when required by the management
- Sales-driven personality
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 1-year experience in sales, telesales or telemarketing role
- Has a sales driven personality
- Must be willing to work in Makati City
