Front End Developer  

We're looking for a super cool and super talented Front End Engineer to lead in our agile development team with our customers based in Australia, yet our team based in Philipines. It will be your responsibility to be the Front End lead the of our team creating awesome world-class mobile apps connected to a powerful web platform with the goal to match and in time outclass both Facebook’s -“Parse” and IBM’s - “XTIFY” and all others in the market.

You will rely on your significant experience in Web Development writing beautiful, modular web applications using JavaScript, CSS3, and HTML5. You will also compliment a team of backend engineer, designer and product manager to build our Australian customers Multi-Platform Mobile Applications.

You will be lead to many aspects of the product and shape the Front End architecture. You should have extensive experience and a proven track record solving complex web engineering problems. • Analyze product requirements and specifications to create, communicate, and implement technical design for JavaScript frameworks
• Enhance, design, and implement web applications interfacing with backend APIs
• Build, maintain, and enhance new and existing code with focus on quality and efficiently

• Create and enhance application frameworks and modularity
• Collaborate with the backend development, quality assurance, production, and product management teams through the full software development lifecycle
• Drive, create, and enhance the development processes used by the team
• Provide technical mentorship to the other software engineers

• Minimum 3 year experience on professional/commercial projects, with an excellent work history that demonstrates a solid understanding of core competencies
• Strong at HTML5 and CSS/CSS3
• Skilled JavaScript script development, good at research and development of interactive features
• Having some experience on page optimization
• Extensive experience writing highly modular and scalable JavaScript code using leading frameworks (e.g. Angular, Backbone, Ember, Dojo)
• Agile development process experience; including unit testing, story creation, continuous integration, and close collaboration with product management and quality assurance
• Review existing front-end architecture to provide optimal solutions and improvement.
• Good object oriented design and programming skills – we believe in the right tools for the job, but all must have solid OO design as the foundation
• Good communication skills in English
• Clear and logical thinking, serious, meticulous, strong communication skills, good team spirit
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science
• Familiarity with backend languages is desirable
• Experience with cross platform (Android and iOS) app development
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated attitude and aptitude for an energetic start­up environment
• Overseas education and/or working experience is a BIG plus
• A strong grasp of HTML, CSS and JavaScript are required.
• Working knowledge of Boostrap or Foundation frameworks
• Experience with building, deploying, and updating web content in WordPress or similar CMS
• Experience navigating Photoshop
• An ability to troubleshoot functional and layout issues.
• Experience with Facebook, Twitter, Google+ programming
• A desire to learn website/email design and layout, web analytics, and split testing
• Self-driven attention to detail and willingness to learn new systems
• Openness to reprioritize and adapt workflow in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with Google Analytics/Webmaster Tools is a plus
• Experience and good at Angular JS, EmberJS, or NodeJS is a huge plus

• MUST have experience Bootstrap and responsive UI
• Experience with sencha and Advanced JavaScript (including prototype-based inheritance, event delegation, closures, AJAX, JSON)
• Able to work on standard image processing tasks and produce HTML from a PSD prototype.
• MUST be good at English writing and communication skills
• Ability to participate in multiple projects simultaneously
• Initiative to work independently, but also able to work effectively with team members
• Experience working with single-page JS web app
• HTML5 API experience
