Job Description
- Prepares the shift roster
- Facilitates the operational need of the team
- Assigned routine tasks of the team
- Prepares consolidated and weekly/monthly/daily reports
- Monitors the day to day operations, SL and Floor operations Management
- Monitor and track technical issues to ensure accurate resolutions
- motivating and inspiring the team to surpass their potential
- Ensuring that the employees follow their schedules properly as designed
- Responsible for ensuring that customers needs are being met through effective response to incoming technical support problem calls and proactive customer management inbound activities
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of any Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related courses
- Preferably, Female
- With 2-years related experience as an Team Leader /Shift Leader
- Matured
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Willing to work on shifting schedule
