Job Description


We are looking for energetic, experienced and goal-oriented candidates to join our team as a Content Development Executive. The primary function of the position would be two-fold – create training course outlines for selected topics / subjects and jointly manage Trainers / Subject Matter Experts on training materials and related documents. The applicant will be tasked to work independently without compromising the team dynamics and contribute to achieving the overall financial and related targets set out.


• Research and Development of content for selected topics / subjects of interest to AG & ECCI
• Design Materials (PPT / Videos / Case Studies / Quiz / Exams) as required for each program
• Join and actively participate in CLIENT meetings by presenting our Training solution portfolio
• Identify opportunities and discuss the same with the Country Manager / Delivery Manager to promote new topics / subjects in the market.
• Design and develop presentations / proposals as need be
• Ensure on-time delivery of materials (when necessary) to the CLIENT
• Manage trainers and subject matter experts into database
• Communicate with Trainers / Subject Matter experts on design and material enhancement
• Update and Manage Website every bi weekly with updates and newsfeeds
• Create Blogs and Short stories with key subject matter experts for website
The applicant shall work closely with the other internal business units (Sales & Delivery group), as well as the management team for content development.

Minimum Qualifications

General Requirements
1. Industrial Engineer
2. Exposure to Business Processes / Process Engineering
3. Experience in Management Systems Consulting i.e. ISO
4. Experience in Training Development and Management
5. Well versed in MS Office & other basic design apps
6. Familiar with Quality Improvement tools like LEAN, Six Sigma
7. Experience in soft skills i.e. leadership / communication topics

Key Skills / Competencies
• PREFFERED: 3 years experience in content development OR training management
• Dynamic, willing to learn, hard working & results oriented
• Keen eye for details and creative
• Well versed in instructional design
• Design Course outlines and training materials with trainers
• Possess Critical Thinking Skills
• Excellent Oral and written communication skills at all levels
• Must be able to multitask and work with a cross cultural team
• Be able to build relationships and manage partners & trainers
• Must be comfortable with technology, internet research and use of online tools for high performance
• Familiar with Training Management and Coordination
• Experience and knowledge in making Course Outlines and content research and development
