Job Description
Responsibilities of the position
The Technical Recruiter position is tasked to perform the following activities, among others:
- Source candidates from different sourcing channels
- Provide resumes of qualified candidates based on the specific qualifications
- Screen and qualify all candidates and perform necessary measures before endorsing to the company
- Conduct initial and behavioral interview
- Provide a comprehensive resume of each candidate endorsed to the company as a representation of each candidate’s qualifications.
- Provide all the necessary information (i.e.; education, work background, skills, training, experiences, etc.) regarding the candidates being endorsed.
- Contact all candidates that the company wishes to schedule for interview
Minimum Qualifications
Relevant Work Experience
- With at least 2-3 years of work experience in human resource / talent acquisition
Required Skills
- Proficiency in the English language, both verbal and written.
- Excellent computer skills – Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, etc.)
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Understanding of end to end recruitment
- Creative and thinks out-of-the-box
- Self-starter
- Tech-savvy
- Resourceful
Education and Training
A college degree and/or substantial professional training in one or more of the following, or closely-related areas:
- Business Management
- Human Resource Management
- Psychology
PAYMENT
The technical recruiter will be paid per successful hire.
A placement fee based on the amount monthly gross salary on the job offer letter issued by the company
