Responsibilities of the position
The Account Management Officer (AMO) sales position is tasked to perform the following activities, among others:
- Management of client’s requirements, from point of inquiry to delivery.
- Smooth coordination and efficient management of the implementation process between sales staff, support staff, clients, suppliers to provide optimal solutions while maintaining product profitability levels.
- Attend to email, chat and phone enquiries.
- Preparation of proposals, quotations, processing of samples, stock checks and other pre-sales activities.
- Perform item sourcing activities from local/overseas suppliers and obtain quotations as per client specification.
- Invoicing and collection.
- Perform sales retention activities to ensure continuity of client relationship.
Minimum Qualifications
Relevant Work Experience
B2B account management sales in the product or service-oriented industries, with at least 2-3 years of work experience.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in the English language. Both verbal and written.
- Strong account management/customer service skills.
- Outstanding organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
- Price-setting and cost budgeting.
- Understanding of basic manufacturing and logistical concepts. Knowledge in different print methods on merchandise is a plus.
- Tech-savvy.
- Visually creative.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Resourceful.
Education and Training
A college degree and/or substantial professional training in one or more of the following, or closely-related areas:
- Sales & Marketing
- Business Management
- Communications
- Industrial design/engineering
- Import/Export management
Work Location: Annapolis, Greenhills San Juan Metro Manila
Work Schedule: Mondays to Fridays
