Job Description
- Preparing and checking of vouchers, liquidations, and reimbursements.
- Encoding of employees punctuality of attendance (late, leave, OT, under time, half day)
- Handling and Monitoring of the following.
- Petty Cash
- Case & Billing
- Other expenses
- Supplies and other expenditures
- Withdraw/deposit thru bank/atm
- Maintains hard copy files of the company and proper documentation.
- Follow-up with client’s payment thru emails or calls.
- Forward financial documents needed by other accounting offices for billing or payments via email/courier
- Process direct payments to hospitals and other service providers
- Handling, Updating, and Monitoring of Bank accounts (dollar/peso)
- Executive/Officer support
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Administration/Accounting or other related course
- Proficient in Microsoft applications, with advance proficiency in Excel
- Ability to communicate and interact effectively at levels of the organization
- High integrity and of good moral standing
- Accurate and detail oriented
- Available ASAP
