Job Description
- Accept calls for booking and ensures that all bookings were picked-up by field representatives.
- Answer customer inquiries and informs them of AP Cargo’s diverse services and promo rates that the company can offer them.
- Accommodate and assist walk-in customers and endorse cargoes that are perishable, live, dangerous goods, and valuable, those for crating or draining and rush cargoes.
- Segregates all walk-in cargoes and arranges HAWBs for proper filing.
- Assists customers on what to do with their cargoes to minimize pick-up time.
- Release cargoes for “pick-up” of consignee or their authorized representatives.
Minimum Qualifications
- Proficient in MS Office
- Pleasing personality
- Good communication skills
- Willing to work the nightshift
