Job Description

The Role

This role is responsible for the registration of new customers; and, adding or amending information of existing ANZ clients

  • Ensures registration and amendment requests are completed within specified time frames
  • Maintains integrity of customer details
  • Responds to customer inquiries in a timely manner
  • Follows up and updates internal customers on progress where appropriate
  • Takes corrective action where appropriate

Minimum Qualifications

About You

To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following –

  • 1-3 years of experience in a banking role with a strong background in Transaction Processing (New Accounts)
  • Good PC skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills (logical analysis of issues)
  • Strong communication skills
  • Intermediate skills in Office applications

Onboarding Date: ASAP

Role Location: Solaris One Bldg., 130 Dela Rosa Street, Makati City, Philippines

Shuttle Services provided for staff with pick up points in Eastwood & Makati

Shift Schedule: Dayshift (as early as 5:00am)
