Job Description
- Provide complete support to the management
- Fix appointments for the senior management
- Perform clerical tasks
- Work as a liaison officer between the management and the staff
- Prepare important letters that are circulated in the office
- Assume responsibility for maintenance of office equipment
- Maintain office supplies by checking inventory and order items
- Operate all the office filing systems
- Answer incoming calls and assume other receptionist duties when needed
Minimum Qualifications
We are looking for an individual who is efficient and comfortable being a member of a team. The ability to multi-task, while maintaining complex schedules and managing administrative support, is essential in this position.
The ideal candidate for this job is resourceful, a good problem solver and organized. Assure a steady completion of the workload in a timely manner is key to success in this position.
