Administrative Assistant  

• Provide complete support to the management
• Fix appointments for the senior management
• Perform clerical tasks
• Work as a liaison officer between the management and the staff
• Prepare important letters that are circulated in the office
• Assume responsibility for maintenance of office equipment
• Maintain office supplies by checking inventory and order items
• Operate all the office filing systems
• Answer incoming calls and assume other receptionist duties when needed
