Job Description
- Updating of Quickbooks and Club Cash Receipts Journal
- Updating of Quickbooks and Club Sales Journal
- Issuance of Invoices to customers, InterCompany Invoices
- Filing and Maintenance of all Cash Receipts and Sales Documents ( OR’s, Invoices, BIR form 2307 (Hard and Scanned copies)
- Bank Reconciliation – matching of cash receipts in the books to bank statement
- Preparation of DR/DSR Discrepancy Report (Bank Statement vs. DR/DSR)
- Schedule of BIR form 2307 (For all OR’s with EWT)
- Monthly VAT Output Tax Schedule
- Issuance of Official Receipts
- Other tasks that maybe assigned
Minimum Qualifications
- Must be a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy
- Required skills: computer proficient, excellent communication skills, keen on details, organized, excellent in general accounting.
- Preferably with experience with Quickbooks
- Applicant must be willing to work in Bonifacio Global City Taguig
- Preferably with 1-year experience.
